Script: Guided Meditation For Wealth And Abundance


Focusing your attention on your breath can help you to quiet your mind. And when you’re ready, just gently allow your eyes to close and take another nice, deep cleansing breath in and on the exhale, relax.


Smoothing, softening, letting go of any tension or areas of tightness or discomfort, releasing anything that doesn’t belong here right now.


Notice each breath as it moves in and out of your body, each breath healing and empowering you. Just let your breath be deeply relaxing.


Notice the temperature and sensations of your breath, its rhythm – aware of each deeply relaxing breath.


And any distractions or unsupportive thoughts can be noted and gently released on the cleansing exhale, leaving only calm and quiet.


And now, as numbers are counted from 5 down to 1, allow yourself to go deeper into relaxation with every number you hear.


Five. Just letting go more and more.


Four. All of your cares and tensions just fading away.


Three. You are going deeper with every sound you hear, with every breath you take.

Two. Going deeper now, deeper into peaceful relaxation.


And one. Letting go completely, feeling totally relaxed from head to toe.


Now open up all of your inner faculties, especially that of hearing.


Just allow every single sound to deepen something in you and relax you even more, becoming deeply calm, moving even further into relaxation.


And now, using the power of your imagination in your inner landscape, bring to mind a very peaceful, beautiful place. Imagine a place that is all your own, that feels safe and harmonious. Just allow an image to form for this beautiful place.


Perhaps it’s somewhere you’ve been before that seems familiar or maybe it’s a new place. You might be in the forest, by the ocean, indoors or out. It doesn’t really matter, just as long as you choose to settle in, feeling safe, serene and peaceful.


And if you haven’t already, please go and touch something wonderful. Feel its texture. Really connect with your surroundings, feeling so at ease, so peaceful.


This is your place. Whatever you do here is just right. Letting go of any judgements or self-consciousness, there is only beauty and harmony in this place.


When you’re ready, gently allow these images to fade – always knowing you can return here and call forth the flowers and the trees anytime you wish.


You can continue to tend to the new growth and encourage it upward.


And now, it’s time to come back into conscious awareness as numbers are counted from one to five.


One. Slowly and easily, bringing your awareness back to this room, this time and this place.


Two. Feeling peaceful, refreshed and relaxed, thankful for all that you have now in your life.


Three. Coming back with a deep, quite confidence, bringing with you all that is important and in your highest interest.


Four. Feeling what it is to be in your body, noticing the sounds and any light in the room.


And five. Ever so gently, when you’re ready, taking your time, open your eyes and come fully back to the room – with the sense of the success and happiness that await you for today and the rest of your life.
